Evidence packs

The examiner asks, and the clock starts. Evidence packs generate in minutes from the sealed record of lineage, controls, decisions, and attestations, instead of being assembled manually over weeks. Every artifact in the pack traces to a sealed entry, so your second line can verify the whole thing before anyone external sees it.

What you get01 / 03
01

A pack for a report, a CDE, a control, or a full framework generates in minutes, pulled from live lineage and the hash-chained ledger.

02

Every artifact carries its provenance: which sealed decision, which evidence, and which date. Nothing is pasted in by hand.

03

As-of reconstruction shows the state on the date the examiner asks about, not the state today.

04

Second-line review is built in. Packs pass maker-checker before release, and the release itself is sealed on the ledger.

05

Packs are reproducible. Generate the same pack for the same date twice and you get the same answer, because it is derived from the record.

06

Missing evidence appears as a named gap in the pack rather than being papered over, so you find the hole before the examiner does.

How it works02 / 03
1

Scope

Pick the report, framework, or request, and the graph resolves exactly which evidence belongs in the pack.

2

Generate

The pack is derived from the sealed ledger and live lineage, with provenance stamped on every artifact.

3

Verify

Your second line reviews and signs before anything goes out, and that sign-off is sealed too.

4

Deliver

You export in the formats examiners and auditors expect, and every pack is reproducible on demand.

Questions it answers03 / 03

“Can you show me the evidence for this control as of last March?”

Yes. As-of reconstruction rebuilds the pack for the date the examiner asks about, showing lineage, decisions, and attestations as they stood then. Running it again for the same date returns the same answer.

“How long will it take us to respond to this exam request?”

A pack for a report, a CDE, a control, or a full framework generates in minutes from live lineage and the sealed ledger. Your second line then reviews and signs before anything goes out, so the timeline is set by review, not by assembly.

“How do I know nothing in this pack was edited after the fact?”

Every artifact traces to an entry on the hash-chained ledger and carries its provenance: the sealed decision, the evidence, and the date. Because the pack is derived from that record, regenerating it for the same date proves the content, and nothing is pasted in by hand.

The next step

Start with proof, not a promise.

There are three ways in, and each one earns the next. You approve the exit criteria before we spend any more of your time or budget.

01

A 60-minute working session

Bring one report that is expensive to prove. We walk the mechanism against it. Nothing is required from your side.

02

A two-week guided sandbox

Your team works hands-on against a synthetic sample bank. It requires zero access to your systems and zero procurement.

03

A six-week proof on your systems

We use read-only metadata across five systems and one priority report, scored against criteria both sides sign first. The decision it produces is yours.
