Audit trail & reports

Everything that happens on the platform, every decision, mapping change, release, and sign-off, lands on one hash-chained ledger as it happens. The audit trail makes that record usable. It is searchable by person, asset, or date, and it exports to your SIEM and to your auditors in formats they already work in.

What you get01 / 03
01

The trail holds the complete record of who did what and when: decisions, approvals, imports, releases, and attestation events, each sealed at write time.

02

Tamper-evidence is something you can demonstrate. The chain verifies end to end, so whether a record was altered after the fact has a checkable answer.

03

Streaming export feeds your SIEM, and report formats match what internal audit and external auditors already use, without a custom integration project.

04

You can filter by actor, asset, control, or time window, so an auditor's sample request is answered with a query rather than a project.

05

Maker-checker events are first-class in the trail, so you can show that nobody approved their own change.

06

Only metadata leaves the platform. The trail describes actions on your data while the data itself stays in your systems.

How it works02 / 03
1

Seal

Every action writes to the hash-chained ledger as it happens. If it cannot be sealed, it does not happen, because the ledger fails closed.

2

Verify

Chain integrity is checkable end to end, on demand, by you or your auditors.

3

Query

Slice the trail by person, asset, control, or period, and you get the same answer every time.

4

Export

You feed your SIEM continuously and hand auditors reports in the formats they already use.

Questions it answers03 / 03

“Who changed this mapping, and who approved it?”

One query on the trail returns both, because every change and its approval are sealed at write time and maker-checker events are first-class. You can also show that the maker and the approver were different people.

“Can you prove this record was not altered after the exam started?”

Yes. Every entry is sealed on the hash-chained ledger as it happens, and chain integrity verifies end to end on demand. Whether anything changed after a given date has a checkable answer.

“Can I get this trail into our SIEM without another integration project?”

Yes. The trail streams to your SIEM continuously, and auditors receive reports in the formats they already use. Only metadata leaves the platform, so your data stays in your systems.

The next step

Start with proof, not a promise.

There are three ways in, and each one earns the next. You approve the exit criteria before we spend any more of your time or budget.

01

A 60-minute working session

Bring one report that is expensive to prove. We walk the mechanism against it. Nothing is required from your side.

02

A two-week guided sandbox

Your team works hands-on against a synthetic sample bank. It requires zero access to your systems and zero procurement.

03

A six-week proof on your systems

We use read-only metadata across five systems and one priority report, scored against criteria both sides sign first. The decision it produces is yours.
